A professor of journalism and emerging media at Kennesaw State University, Farooq Kperogi, has apologized to former First Lady, Aisha Buhari, over his recent claim that she was no longer married to the late Muhammadu Buhari.
He recently said that his statement is one of the worst and cruellest lapses of judgment he has ever made.
Speaking via a Facebook post, Farooq admitted that his careless declaration has caused him immense personal anguish, stressing that he is deeply sorry for the hurt he has caused the Buhari family.
