The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, on Monday, grilled former Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, over alleged fraudulent cash withdrawals totalling N189 billion during his tenure.
Tambuwal, who governed Sokoto State between 2015 and 2023, was said to have arrived at the EFCC headquarters in Abuja at about 11:30 a.m., where he was ushered into an interrogation room by investigators.
