The leadership of the Armed Forces of Nigeria and International Organization for Migration (IOM) have met to discuss how to strengthen cooperation in peacebuilding, migration management, and countering violent extremism across Nigeria.
A press statement by Brigadier General Tukur Gusau, Director, Defence Information on Tuesday said the discussion followed the visit of IOM Deputy Director General Operations of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), Mrs Ogechi Daniel’s to the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), General Christopher Gwabin Musa at Defence Headquarters, Abuja.
