The newly appointed Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Lieutenant General Olufemi Oluyede, has said his tenure as the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) was quite challenging.
Papers News reports that Oluyede disclosed this on Wednesday, during his screening by the Senate.
