An Abuja-based lawyer, Alexander Oketa, of Alex Oketa Chambers has lamented over failure of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to obey a court judgement in respect of a plot of land at Mabushi.
He said EFCC had meddled into a land dispute involving Jona Brothers Construction Limited and Chief Micheal Adeojo, which didn’t not fall within the jurisdictional competence of the commission, describing it as land grabbing and fraudulent act.
