The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has concluded the first quarter of the ongoing Continuous Voter Registration, CVR, exercise, announcing a total of 2,572,054 completed registrations as at the end of the 13th week.
Director of Voter Education and Publicity, Mrs. Victoria Eta-Messi, disclosed in a statement on Wednesday that the figure comprises 1,503,832 completed online registrations and 1,068,222 physical registrations recorded nationwide as of November 28, 2025.
Eta-Messi noted that the CVR exercise, which began with online pre-registration on August 18 and physical registration on August 25 across the 774 Local Government Areas, state offices, and the FCT, will close its first quarter on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
