It is yet another victory for nine dismissed cadets of Nigerian Defence Academy, 67 Regular Course, as the Appeal Court has dismissed an appeal filed by the NDA challenging the victory of some of their parents at the Federal High Court in Kaduna.
The academy had contested an earlier judgment issued by the Federal High Court in Kaduna on May 18, 2023, which ordered the reinstatement of the nine dismissed cadets and the payment of all their entitlements since 2019.
