The CGPI, published by the Centre for International Advanced and Professional Studies (CIAPS), evaluated all 36 states across key metrics including digital governance, public accountability, responsiveness, and administrative efficiency. Kaduna outperformed Delta (70%), Anambra (65.5%), Niger (65.1%), and Lagos (64%), among others.
This top ranking underscores the effectiveness of Governor Uba Sani’s reform-driven administration, which has focused on digitizing government services, enforcing fiscal discipline, empowering communities, and expanding social services, especially in underserved areas.
