The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has announced new compulsory requirements for all Business Name online update requests, a policy the agency said takes effect immediately.
The commission disclosed the changes in a statement posted on its 𝕏 handle on Wednesday, December 10, explaining that applicants will now be required to provide additional personal and contact details to enhance verification and improve the accuracy of business records.
