‘Cults Financed By Politicians Are Responsible For Security Challenge In South-East’ – Odinkalu

The former chairman of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), Chidi Odinkalu, has attributed the rising insecurity in the South-East region to cults allegedly sponsored by some politicians.


Papers News reports that Odinkalu’s comment comes in the wake of rising insecurity in some South-East states, which security agencies and observers have largely attributed to the activities of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
