Diageo plc on Wednesday announced the sale of its 54.4% shareholding in Seychelles Breweries Limited to Phoenix Beverages, a subsidiary of the Mauritius-based IBL Group.
This was disclosed in a press release on its website on Wednesday.
According to the statement, this transaction builds on Diageo’s existing partnership with Phoenix Beverages in the Indian Ocean region.
