As Christians all over the world celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Anambra State Labour Party governorship candidate, and immediate past Managing Director (MD) of the National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA), Chief Dr. George Moghalu, has felicitated with the good people of Anambra State.
