No fewer than 10,000 “Go Cashless” cards have been registered at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, following the full implementation of the Federal Government’s cashless toll policy.
The Airport Manager, Mr Ahmed Danjuma, disclosed this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria on Tuesday in Abuja.
He explained that the temporary gridlock experienced on Monday and in the early hours of Tuesday at the airport toll gate resulted from the enforcement of the cashless policy.
