The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced that the nationwide Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise ahead of the 2025 elections will commence on Monday, August 18, 2025.
According to a statement released on Friday via its official š¯•¸ handle, INEC disclosed that online pre-registration will begin first through the portal cvr.inecnigeria.org, while physical registration will start a week later.
Papers News reports that the Commission said in-person registration will commence on Monday, August 25, 2025, across all INEC Local Government Area offices and designated registration centres nationwide.
