The Kano State Judicial Service Commission (KSJSC) has dismissed and demoted several judicial officers and staff over various acts of misconduct, in a sweeping disciplinary action aimed at sanitising the state judiciary.
The decision, according to a statement issued on Thursday by the spokesperson of the Kano State Judiciary, Baba Jibo Ibrahim, followed the adoption of recommendations from the Judiciary Public Complaints Committee (JPCC) at the Commission’s 86th meeting held on October 30, 2025.
