Veteran Nollywood actor, Prince Jide Kosoko, has described his emergence as the Oloja of Lagos-elect as a solemn call to service, pledging to uphold the cultural values, unity and progress of the ancient Lagos kingdom.
Kosoko, 72, was formally presented as the Oloja-elect on January 24 at the palace of the Elereko of Lagos, ending nearly eight years of vacancy on the revered stool following the death of Chief Adebola Ige in 2017.
