The member representing Udi/Ezeagu Federal Constiuency in the National Assembly, Rt.Hon.Barr.vSunday Cyriacus Umeha, has pleaded to Ndigbo and every other Nigerian who has shown concern over the conviction of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the IPOB leader, to remain calm, stating there are moves to seek a political solution in resolving this matter.
He stressed that he has followed up the reactions of Ndigbo and many Nigerians since the judgement was delivered. He said it is still not yet over since Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has the constitutional right to appeal against the judgement,in as much as there is still room for a politically negotiated solution to the problem.
