A gas pipeline, being operated by Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) and Nigerian Gas Company (NGC) has allegedly exploded at the back of Ijaghala Community, Ugborodo in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State.
A community source said yesterday that the explosion occurred at about 6.15pm on Wednesday.
“We heard a loud bang and by the time we rushed out, we saw that the gas pipeline was on fire”, he said.
