Popular Nigerian rapper Oladips has alleged that operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) collected ₦10 million from him before securing his release from detention.
The artist made the revelation during an interview on the Trending podcast, nearly a year after his arrest. Oladips was reportedly picked up alongside some neighbours during a midnight raid conducted by the EFCC in his estate in November 2024.
