The Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria, CIPMN, has disclosed that approximately N17 trillion has been expended on projects that were eventually abandoned, with an additional N4 billion expended on corrective project work.
Registrar-General of CIPMN, Mr Henry Mbadiwe, disclosed this during a visit to the National Commissioner and CEO of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, NDPC, Dr Vincent Olatunji, in Abuja.
Mbadiwe, who led the delegation from the institute to the commission, appreciated the National Commissioner for his warm welcome.
