Former Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi has publicly refuted fresh allegations linking him to a purported secret meeting with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and a supposed financial crisis involving Fidelity Bank.
In a statement posted on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, Obi described the claims as part of a wider blackmail campaign orchestrated by individuals “paid ostensibly to propagate anything negative against Obi.”
