The Nigerian Police have arrested Mr. Jamilu Isa Yankwashi, a senior official of the Federal Capital Development Authority, FCDA, over allegations of criminal conspiracy and impersonation of the President of the Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria, CIPMN, Chief Emmanuel Olabode.
Operatives from the office of the Inspector General of Police, IGP, carried out the arrest in the early hours of Monday at the FCDA Secretariat in Abuja, after obtaining a warrant of arrest with reference number CR/392/25.
The warrant, sighted by journalists read “In the Chief Magistrate I Court of Karu, Abuja, between the Inspector General of Police and Jamilu Isa Yankwashi.
