In his condolence message, he said: “It is with a heavy heart and profound sorrow that I, Chief Dr. George Moghalu, the Labour Party Governorship Candidate for the November 8th, 2025 gubernatorial election in Anambra State, join the global community in mourning the death of His Holiness, Pope Francis.”
