In a message to the people of Kogi State, Governor Ododo emphasized the sacred significance of Ramadan, describing it as a period for spiritual reflection, worship, and self-restraint.
A statement signed by his special adviser on media, Ismaila Isah, quoted the governor as saying: “Ramadan is a sacred time of reflection, devotion, and self-discipline. It reminds us of the virtues of patience, sacrifice, and generosity; values that strengthen our faith and foster a spirit of compassion for those in need.”
