Speaking at the 10th anniversary dinner of the Goodluck Jonathan Foundation, an event that also doubled as a celebration of his 68th birthday, he revealed that leadership must always be anchored on responsibility and restraint.
According to him, he cannot overemphasize that democratic stability can only be sustained by a genuine sense of accountability from all political actors.
He stated that the increasing cases of hostile political behaviour will keep weakening democratic resilience across Africa.
