Speaking during an extended preview season that aired during the Oct. 22 premiere, Kim confirmed that her doctor diagnosed a “small” aneurysm problem in her brain.
She attributed the diagnosis to stress in her daily life just before the clip cut to a scene of her getting a scan in an MRI machine, where the dilated blood vessel was detected.
“There’s like a little aneurysm. They’re like ‘it’s just stress,’” she said.
