In its efforts to ensure security of commuters, safety and improve revenue base of Plateau State, the State owned local security outfit, Operation Rainbow is partnering GIOPAT DC Integrated Tricycle Transport Management System (ITTMS) to ensuring that all tricycles and their riders are digitally captured in the State.
Adding that any tricycle and its rider that are not captured would not be allowed to operate in the State.
