Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim has declared that “leadership is beyond one size fits all,” stressing the importance of adaptability in effective leadership.
Speaking at the 14th edition of the Inspiring Woman Africa Conference held in Lagos recently, she noted that leadership cannot be discussed in isolation.
She emphasised the importance of understanding the culture and dynamics of an organisation in effective leadership.
