Kogi State Governor, Ahmed Usman Ododo, has lauded the cabals in his administration, describing them as instrumental to the successes recorded in his government.
Papers News reports that Ododo made the disclosure during a public event in his hometown on Sunday, noting that the leader of his cabal was approved by his predecessor, former Governor, Yahaya Bello.
